By accepting below, I hereby request re-activation of my membership with the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® (TBBOR). In the event my application is approved, I agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. I further agree that I will abide by Local Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, Policies, and duty to arbitrate, all as from time to time amended. 

I irrevocably waive all claims against the Association or any of its officers, directors, or members, for any act in connection with the business of the Association, and particularly as to its or their acts in accepting or failure to accept, advancing, suspending, expelling, or otherwise disciplining me as an applicant or as a member. 

I understand and agree to pay the established, non-refundable, fees, dues, assessments and fines in effect as long as I am a member of the Association. 

I understand and agree that all billings and communications from TBBOR are delivered electronically to my email address. 

If membership has lapsed for more than 1 year and you do not hold a current primary/secondary membership, this form is not applicable; please complete the New Member Application.
