The goals of this course are to educate real estate professionals on the following: The real estate market research and valuation tools that consumers can access online; teach the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM); how they obtain and calculate data and how RPR tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions; train the real estate professional on how to combine their specific expertise with RPR-enhanced MLS data, tools, and reports to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.
