Hi, I’m Beth! As Operations & Production Manager at SunTex Roofing & Reconstruction, I keep our projects, processes, and people moving forward. My background spans business, human resources, small business ownership, and real estate — all of which have shaped my love for organization, problem-solving, and helping teams succeed.

At SunTex, I handle everything from scheduling jobs and coordinating with subcontractors to creating systems that make our work more efficient. I also get to support recruiting, onboarding, team events, and community outreach — the parts of my job that let me connect with people and build our company culture.

When I’m not working, you can find me traveling, baking cookies, crafting, working out, or enjoying great food and wine with my husband, Alex. We have two dogs, Josie and Bella, and a dream of one day living abroad!
