Born and raised in Central Texas, Chani Washburn is a second-generation local lender with deep roots in the communities she serves. Growing up around the mortgage industry gave her early insight into the impact responsible lending can have on families, neighborhoods, and long-term financial stability. That foundation, combined with her firsthand knowledge of the Central Texas market, allows her to serve clients with both expertise and heart.

Chani is known for her clear communication, responsiveness, and hands on approach throughout the loan process. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and financial picture, ensuring they feel informed and confident from application to closing. Helping clients is her biggest hobby but she always finds the time to enjoy her real purpose as a wife and mother to her husband Justin and 14 year old son Cade. They enjoy fishing, hunting, family barbeques, dancing, and game nights with family and friends.
