This course was designed to walk-through the three approaches to value. The cost approach or summation approach, the sales comparison approach, and income approach. It is crucial for a license holder to understand when each of these concepts are used and how they effect value. Moreover, this course will address when and how to properly use the Appraisal Addendum and overview the appraisal conditions in the Third-Party Financing Addendum.
