This 3-hour CE class is designed to provide Texas real estate license holders with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program (VHAP). This class covers VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that licensees can better assist military homebuyers or sellers who receive VA offers.
