Many of them stayed with me after their purchase, and we turned their second homes into successful vacation rentals. I never planned to work in real estate. After dolphin research, I moved from the Florida Keys to Barnegat Bay, where I restored oyster reefs. Soon enough, I found myself diving into seaside real estate!
