My passion for real estate was born when I helped tenants become owners on an island iconic for its boardwalk and attractions. Several of these homebuyers continued our partnership after the sale. Together, we placed their second houses on the rental market as short-term vacation rentals. We devised plans each year to increase their revenue and, as a result, they now rent for shorter periods of time so that they can spend more time at the beach. I will offer my advice to help you realistically reach your short-term and long-term goals.

At one point, I had never considered a career in real estate. After documenting dolphin research, I was compelled to get more involved with the marine environment . So I moved from the Florida Keys to the Barnegat Bay area and spent years restoring oyster reefs. Before I knew it, I soon found myself delving into the seaside real estate market.
