About

I am the spouse of a retired Army Officer. My husband and I met and married through the military. After completing 6 years of active-duty military service, I decided I would end my military career to provide a more stable home life for our family. We have two sons ages 30 and 22 and a very creative 7-year-old daughter who loves to sing, dance, and build Legos.

My experience as a soldier and as the wife of a soldier in military leadership helps me better to understand the sometimes-complex dynamics of the military family. With its constantly changing needs, short deadlines, school and work flexibility for the family, and the desire to create a home in whatever situation the family finds itself in. I also can relate to the importance of finding the right community, the need to make new friends quickly, and the quick adjustment to new environments. My personal and professional experiences have taught me and my family how to adjust to these situations.  

During our military career, my husband and I rented, purchased, managed, and sold several homes including our investment properties which were acquired to build generational wealth for our family. As investors, we have worked with property managers and created our own property management company to provide professional services for others.
