USDA Financing - This course is designed to assist real estate agents to understand the basic benefits of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) home loan program for their clients. Attendees will gain knowledge of property qualifications such as Minimum Property Requirements (MPR’s) for homes. Students will also learn home buyer requirements such as income limits, credit minimums and other specifics of obtaining a USDA home loan. 

VA Basic Training: Fact vs Fiction - This class is designed to address misconceptions about the VA home loan program and update agents on recent changes. We will discuss the benefits of a VA loan as well as the overall process from eligibility, qualifying, allowable fees, appraisal to loan closing. The presentation includes the state benefits for veterans thru the Texas Veterans Land Board as well as the VA Renovation Program.
